What is the processing time for orders?
Processing times typically range from 1-3 business days when placed before 4pm cst

Will I receive a tracking number?
You will receive a tracking number once order has been processed and verified. Normally you will receive within 2 business days from processing days

Do orders have quantity limit?
No, we do not have a special quantities limit. You may purchase as many items as you desire.

When will my order be shipped?
Shipping Policy- All orders placed before 4pm cst will ship out within 1-2 business days. Any orders placed after 4pm cst will be processed within 3 business days, holidays are not included. Please be sure that all items and quantities are correct we are unable to cancel orders once shipped out.

Are refunds/exchange an option?
All sales are final, we are unable to do exchanges as an option. Please be sure to verify that your order is correct and to your liking before finalizing your order.

Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely not, our products are cruelty free, plant based & vegan based. We are against harsh and harmful products.

Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel orders once finalized, as sales are final and non-refundable at this time.

How can I make a address change request?
Address change request must be submitted within 24 hours of submitting order to email address pinksmokemua@gmail.com

When will I receive confirmation email?
You receive a confirmation email once order is finalized and paid. You will receive tracking details once order finalize.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do offer shipping outside the U.S. Please keep in mind shipping is calculated at checkout and is also based on destination of the country and weight of package. There may be delays in shipping time and handling depending on destination. Tracking may vary in which this is out of our control.

What if my order is damaged/broken?
Any damage or broken items will have to be proven and pictures must be taken of damages and emailed to pinksmokemua@gmail.com. Once pictures are verified you will receive email of next steps to follow for reshipment.
